PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE FUNDS
Eden Podiatry has HICAPS available on site for immediate claiming from all private health insurance funds for your convenience. We do need you to bring your private health fund card into the clinic on the day of the appointment.
In addition, we are registered as a Preferred Provider with all private funds that have a podiatry preferred provider program e.g. MediBank, BUPA, HCF.
MEDICARE FOR DIABETES AND OTHER CHRONIC ISSUES
Eden Podiatry Clinic is Medicare subsidized for all eligible GP referrals. For eligible patients, if your GP thinks you are suitable, he/she can provide you with a referral to us for a maximum of 5 visits a year. These visits can be shared with physiotherapy, occupational therapy or other Allied Health providers.
For patients who are not eligible for GP referral and has no private health insurance policy, contact us today for our fees. Other than standard fees, we have pensioner and healthcare card rates available.
